- $750.00 + HST & Disbursements for Refinances/Additional Mortgages;
- $400.00 + HST for New-build Construction Agreement Review;
- $350.00 + HST for Commercial Lease Reviews;
- $800.00 + HST for Incorporations;

Disbursements are costs incurred as a result of transaction requirements. The Law Society and Title Insurance require searches to be conducted on your behalf. Some disbursements include, but are not limited to:
- Search Costs;
- Software charges;
- Couriers;
- Certification of Cheques/Wire Fees;
- Copies, Faxes, Postage;
- File Storage;
- Registration Costs;
- Title Insurance;
